Tongji University (Shanghai) Exchange Program – Fall Term 2026
The Department announces that it is possible to apply for the exchange program at Tongji University (Shanghai, China) for the Fall semester 2026.
Eligible applicants: Undergraduate and Master’s degree students
Mobility period: September 14, 2026 – mid-January 2027
Registration: September 11, 2026 (details will be communicated directly to the selected students)
Deadlines
Nomination deadline (by the home University/Department): April 15, 2026
Application deadline (by the student): May 15, 2026
Procedure
- Nomination (by the Department/International Office) by April 15, 2026.
- Online application (by the student)
Starting from April 15, 2026, Tongji University will send the application instructions directly to the nominated students. - Evaluation, acceptance, and invitation letter
Applications will be evaluated by the Faculty Board of Tongji University. The results will be communicated to the partner institutions and subsequently to the students. The invitation letter required for the visa application will be issued approximately starting from June 1, 2026.
